Pacific Naturopathic Retreat Center
is situated on three lovely, pastoral acres on the historic, scenic Hamakua Coast. The setting is in a young tropical fruit orchard at 800 feet elevation with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. On clear days, Maui is visible across the channel. Kissed by the trade winds, it is rarely too hot and never cold.

It is a great location for ecotourism and is centrally located for seeing the Island. Hike right from the boundary of the property to the spectacular cliffs overlooking the ocean. Waipio Valley, four miles away, is a magical destination for hikers, surfers, ocean swimmers, kayakers, fishermen, bikers, picnickers and sightseers. Horseback, mule wagon and trekking tours are locally available. Honokaa, a scenic, old "sugar town" with galleries, a great bakery, movie theater, health food store, health center and other amenities is four miles away. Hilo is one-hour away, Volcano one-and-a-half hours, Kona about an hour and ten minutes.
