The Spa
Apart from cleansing programs, the spa at Pacific Naturopathic Retreat Center is available for day use by non-guests only when the View House is unoccupied. It is available for periods of two hours by a maximum of four people at one time. Included in the price is use of changing room and shower, deck shower, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, and yoga deck. Towels and soap are provided.

Two hours use:

Wellness Consultation
This is an in-depth naturopathic interview reviewing medical history, health concerns, and lifestyle, with recommendations for the realization of optimal health. If you choose this interview upon arrival at our Center, we will use it to guide the development of your personalized treatment and cleansing program. If you choose it later on in your stay, we will emphasize steps you might take upon returning home.

Naturopathic Consultations
Consultations by our naturopathic physicians may be by phone or in person, prior to, during, or after your stay, with fee based on time, in quarter hour increments. For those wanting lab testing recommendations or other advice before arrival, we advise a preliminary phone consultation.

QXCI Evaluation and Therapy
The QXCI is perhaps the foremost bioenergetic evaluation and treatment tool available in the world. Working on bio-physical frequencies, it can be used to facilitate change on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Relaxing and transformational.

Flower Essences
A type of vibrational medicine, formulas are compounded specifically for you by Dr. Connie from essences she has collected from around the world. These formulas address emotional and spiritual issues you may wish to work with and transform.

Constitutional Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a type of energy medicine based on the principle that like cures like. In constitutional homeopathy, we consider your mental, emotional, and physical traits and predispositions, and match a remedy to you. The intent of the remedy is to draw forth your body's own vital energy to balance and heal you.

Constitutional Hydrotherapy
This treatment is soothing and relaxing, and combines the use of hot and cold towels and electrical stimulation. It promotes the flow of blood and lymph, stimulates the immune system and opens the body's channels of detoxification. Two treatments a week are recommended.

Colon Hydrotherapy
Soon to be available, colon hydrotherapy offers deep intestinal cleansing, bowel conditioning, and balancing of the bowel ecology.

Laboratory Evaluations
Blood and urine analysis is performed, as needed, at local laboratories. We can recommend and send home kits for specialized testing, such as Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis, hair analysis, and salivary hormonal testing before your visit, or provide you with tests to take home with you.

Acoustic Cardiogram
The Acoustic Cardiograph (ACG) is an extremely sensitive electronic stethoscope that hears and records a wider range of heart sounds than the human ear can pick up with a conventional stethoscope. Certain patterns of heart sounds correlate with specific nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional need of the heart is reflective of a system-wide need. Improving the efficiency of the heart by supplying it with the nutrients it needs also improves the health and efficiency of the entire body.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
Useful for sprains and strains and other musculoskeletal problems, ultrasound treatments decrease inflammation and reduce pain.
